Richard H. Crawford, P.E., Senior Engineer / North Mississippi Branch Manager, has more than 5 years of professional engineering experience. He has extensive experience with air permitting in the state of Tennessee, specifically through preparing draft Title V air permits for the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and through preparing permit applications for various companies in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and Texas. He has also prepared permit application packages for several waste water and storm water discharge sites. Mr. Crawford has assisted numerous clients in compliance with permit requirements. He has also worked on other projects including Phase I and Phase II reports, groundwater and soil sampling and industrial hygiene monitoring. He has performed work on industrial, commercial, brownfields, and superfund sites.
