A. Clarke Thomas, R.P.G., Senior Project Manager / President, has more than 17 years of professional geological experience including 15 years of environmental experience. His experience includes Phase I ESAs, numerous asbestos and lead surveys, preparation of specifications for lead-based paint abatement, oversight of emergency response management activities, soil and groundwater assessment of industrial and UST sites, design and implementation of groundwater remediation systems, design and implementation of soil remediation systems, including soil vapor extraction and bioremediation, supervision of more than 50 UST closures, and extensive Phase I and II Site assessments for right-of-way acquisition projects for highway and rail construction.
